Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there are significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

- Outlying/rural areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
