By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
If you allow a minor dependent to use the Services, you accept full responsibility for their use of the Services on any devices you own, purchase, or manage.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY – BUNHOPPS (SOUTH AFRICA)
1. GENERAL POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
2. 7-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (ONLINE ORDERS)
In accordance with the CPA, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after receiving your product, without giving a reason.
Conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds:
- We will refund the purchase price excluding original delivery costs
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS (6-MONTH RULE)
Under the CPA, all products carry a 6-month implied warranty.
If a product is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Not of good quality
- Not as described
You are entitled to:
- A repair,
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Important:
- This applies within 6 months of delivery
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective items
4. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
- We will cover all shipping costs
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may not be returned unless defective:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Personal care items (if applicable)
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us

At this time, return instructions may vary depending on the product and supplier location.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address at that time.
Do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving return approval.
9. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing refunds
- This policy does not override your rights under the Consumer Protection Act
